TITANIUM NITRIDE COATING

The Tin coating of Saw blades is carried out in vacuum furnace where by the PVD process (physical vapor deposition) titanium is vaporized and reacts with nitrogen gas. This deposits on saw blades a gold coloured, very hard layers of TiN with thickens of 2-4 /um.Tin coated Saw blades offer clear advantages compared with non-surface treated bright circular saw blades.
