Madr-E-Meharban Institute Of Health Sciences was eastablished in the year 2002 and started functioning from December 2002. The institute was formally inaugrated by Shree G. C. Saxena the then Governer of J&K.

The Institute is in the process of eastablishing its permanant campus including physical structures on the back side of a posh government colony. The institute has been approved by the expert inspection teams of J&K Government and Institute of Advanced Studies ( Deemed University) Sardarshahr, Rajasthan.

The courses of study administered at the M-e-M institue follow the syllabus and curriculum of the above statutory organizations.

Ramzaan Institute of Para-Medical Sciences is a para-medical institute imparting training in various para-medical courses. The institute and the courses are recognised by the Jammu And Kashmir Govt and the J&K State Medical Faculty.The institute is run by a team of professionals. The institute has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The institute also helps the its passout students in job placement in the associated hospitals of the institute.
