Sprawled over an area of twenty thousand square feet of which eight thousand square feet is our production area, ours was one of the first organizations to use CNC machinery in the country.

We are well equipped with the latest automated machines for coiling and digital equipment for testing facilities.

Our in house tool room facilitates second operations not otherwise possible with standard machines. We also have power presses to carry out sufficiently large orders of press parts.

We have the capacity to manufacture 180 million springs per annum with the financial muscle to make additional investments if needed.

As simple as a spring may be, as critical is the correct design of the spring for its perfect function and its optimal manufacturing. Surface Technologies
We possess a great deal of know-how in the field of surface treatment, and this enables us to finish the product with the right surface treatment. We can provide you with the following services:

We manufacture a wide range of springs and wireforms and the same are as follows:

COMPRESSION SPRINGS
These springs can be wound in constant or variable pitch along their length and can be straight, conical or have variable diameter.

The wire range we currently operate with, are in the range of 0.15 mm to 4.00 mm diameter and can be round, square or rectangular wire. The ends of the springs can be made round, open, squared or ground as specified.

EXTENSION SPRINGS
We manufacture tension springs with virtually any type of loop, or special type ends with our automatic coiling and looping facilities. Springs can be supplied with machine loops, full cross loops or special extended loops.

Our own tooling facility enables us to take on any orders that require special tooling even though we always try to eliminate slow and costly secondary handling of production runs. These savings are passed on to the customer in the form of improved quality, shorter lead times and lower costs.

TORSION SPRINGS
The springs are individually designed for all load transmissions, whether for dynamic or static applications.

We manufacture open or closed wound torsion springs in wire diameters from 0.15 mm to 4.00 mm with specified spring ends to meet all applications and assembly situations.

Design parameters are limited only by your specifications and our machines are fully equipped with supplementary tooling.

Torsion springs can be made with multiple bends and double torsion.

WIREFORMS
Our wireforms are made from round wire or special section wire in a size range of 0.15mm to 4.00 mm wire diameter. Most of these wireforms are run on our multislides.Whether you re requirements call for a simple wireform or a complex one,we have the capability of providing you with experimental/ pilot lot quantities or production quantities in the millions.

FLAT SPRINGS AND STAMPINGS
We make flat springs, metal stampings and all multislide parts as per your specifications. We design and build progressive dies and forming tools in our own plant.

All processes are subject to quality control at every stage of production. Precise drawings and a brief on the application of the spring will help in making the springs to fit the specific requirement. Our expertise will help ensure the performance and quality of the final component.

AIR COILS AND COPPER CONNECTIONS
Used primarily in the electronic component industry we make air coils and copper connections within the range 1mm to 4.5mm.

We also manufacture all kinds of connectors, wiring harness, clips, clamps and brackets, contact welded parts for Electrical industries-Rivet Pins, Hedge Pins and press parts in Spring steel, stainless steel,  Aluminium and Phosphor Bronze wire.
