Road Rollers
» BODY AND CHASSIS
Body & chassis of road rollers are made from the best quality tested steel plates and MS. channels. It is welded together with latest CO2 Arc welding machines for strength & sturdiness.

» GEAR BOX AND DIFFERENTIAL (TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY)
Heavy duty suitable gear box and differential assembly with gears made out of special alloy steel is installed. All the gears of gear box & differential are oil sunk lubricated for longer life and proper functioning.

» BRAKE SYSTEM
A specially designed most powerful, reliable & dependable foot operated brake system is provided. This system is attached on differential unit.

» FRONT ROLL FORK
Front roll fork is fitted with two taper roller bearing at top and bottom of fork shaft to obtain smooth & free movements of front wheels.

» ENGINE
The road rollers are powered by a six cylinder shaktimaan disposal engine .

Vibrators
The prime mover unit is mounted on a round plate which dampen the vibrations generated in the engine/motor and the drive coupling is duly heat treated carbon steel for long life.the needles that we provide are designed on the pendulam principle featuring both high frequency and amplitude, distributing vibration equally over the whole needle.outer casings of the needle are made from designer moulded abrasion resistant rubber hose.these hoses are braided with full jacket high tensile steel wires.

Weight Batcher
Double Bucket Scale type Concrete Batcher having capacity of 220kgs on each bucket, for coarse and fine aggregate with side discharge gate opening directly into Feed Hopper of 10/7 cft capacity concrete mixer resulting in no slippage.
